It's my party

And I'll cry if I want to.


Actually, it's my birthday!!! I don't know if 32 is cause to celebrate especially since I get to start the day by driving to Jay, Oklahoma, for a trial.


Emms and I went to the fiber-fest -- I forget what exactly it was called -- and I got some really cool stuff.



In fact we got such good stuff that I had to buy myself an early b-day present (hint: it's a camera) to get some cool pics.

The first two were $10 each. The next one was $12 but it is Merino. Three pairs of socks for $32!

The seller only brought 10 or so skeins of the sock yarn and Em and I bought 3 each.

I also got:

Yeah, a new hobby. To go along with the spindle I got 4 oz. of Corriedale and two dyed silk caps.

In gardening news: we bought a shed. It's being delivered in the morning. We have to put it together -- that ought to be fun.

I just literally got the camera like 15 minutes ago and took a few quick pics to test it out and to put up a quick post. Now I'm going to go play.
